SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Blava ships to all destinations worldwide.
Please see below for standard shipping costs and estimated delivery time.
Spain – €7 (2-4 business days)
Europe – €14 (4-7 business days)
Rest of the world – €21 (7-14 business days)
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, local sales taxes or other additional charges which may be applied by customs at the destination country. If tax and duties or other charges apply, you will need to pay these to release your order. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
Once your order has been dispatched, we can not re-route the package. If a package is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service.
Please note that customs, duties, sales tax on imports, as well as shipping costs, will not be refunded in case of a return. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.
Delivery times provided are estimates to be used as a guideline only. We are not held responsible for unforeseen transit delays due to weather conditions, customs or other delays.
EU sales are liable for VAT and we pay it on your behalf. The VAT paid for EU orders will be stated on your invoice.

RETURNS
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days of your online order delivery date to send it back to us.
All items must be returnd in original condition, clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have all their tags on and if possible in the original packaging. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, damaged , altered and/or tags removed.
Personalised items like earrings, hair accessories can not be exchanged / refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as BLAVA cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please remember to keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed as quickly as possible via your original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs.
